Head of Contentious Probate and Court of Protection Leighan Banks is highly regarded as a specialist in the contentious private client field.  She has substantially grown the contentious probate and Court of Protection side of the business since joining HTF Legal. Having this expertise on the team enables HTF Legal to support people with the most complex cases.

As well as being named Boutique Law Firm of the Year, HTF Legal’s founder, Helen Forster, was Highly Commended in the category Female Trailblazer of the Year.

Helen lectures around the country for various institutions (e.g. Cilex, Solicitors for the Elderley, MBL Seminars, Regional STEP, Women in Wills Conferences, various Law Societies) and delivers in-house training in all areas of private client work. In the last tax year Helen delivered 134 lectures.
